my daughter had to use the bathroom while she was there purchasing items, the employees told her she couldn't go because they were not cleaning bathrooms all day. my daughter put her merchandise back.
Let paying customers use the restroom when asked. I was told today that I could not use the restroom even though i was purchasing $30 worth of merchandise. The bathrooms were locked, and management was telling another employee that they were not opening restrooms for anybody, because she wasn't going to be cleaning restrooms all day! I then put down the items I had and Walked out.
They have screwed up my son's prescription two days in a row and take absolutely no responsibility for it. What if he had a life-threatening illness? We will not be shopping here again. Incompetent all the way around.
Pharmacy is a rip off tell us one things then say something different. Will not ever shop Walgreens on Jackson in Alexandria Louisiana. Done
