shut it down and start over
It was super busy on a Friday with ice storm on the way. They were all working like crazy but kind, friendly, & helpful. I even had to pay full amount for my Rx $155.00 because ins wouldnt pay til the next day, but I coulddnt risk not being able to get next day if storm was bad. They were very accomidating.
I visited your location on Rt. 36 in Decatur Illinois this evening. 62549 I called 15 min before I came to pick up my daughters steroid breathing treatment medication prescribed by a physician on call. When I went through the drive thru, the tech told me that per Walgreens policy they are not able to open a box (which is not sealed by a sticker) so I would be getting triple the amount, and being charged triple the amount because they are "not allowed" to open the box.
