I thought the Walgreens pharmacy at Van Born & Telegraph was terrible - this one is the WORST. I completely understand that it is busy and flu season, however I made 4 phone calls. The first one I sat on hold for over 13 minutes. During this call, someone finally picked up and said thank you for calling Walgreens, how can I help you and immediately put me on hold - only to be hung up on when it rang back to them. Manager was rude and disrespectful and very racist. I want ever come back I was told to go to my own store.

Everytime I use this pharmacy it takes over 4 hours to get my meds....I only go once n awhile but every freaking time. I have to wait over 3 to 4 hours for my meds. Ridiculous.
Mona and Giovana are by far the best and most caring pharmacist I have ever met.
