how can a pharmacy with clearly many complaints still be treating people, especially health care workers who are fighting a war, poorly not have issued a full apology and cleaned house in this location? I WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS STORE. SHAME ON YOU

A nurse went in to get prescription filled and was disrespected by one o your employees. How dare they do that!
Fire the evil woman who was so mean to the nurse and is being mean and evil to other customers as well. Get rid of her! Do not let her come into contact with the public. She has given your Walgreen's store a city-wide and now international BAD REPUTATION! I will make sure everyone I know in Texas hears about this. It may affect business at other Walgreen's nation wide.

You could have easily walked away and let me pay full price for my prescription but even before you knew we had been there the day before spending nearly $800 you started to investigate if you could help me in reducing my co-pay on another prescription equaling nearly $500. Pharmacy tech had poor choice of words, tone, and customer service. I walked off after canceling my RX but then this amazing pharmacist stepped in and apologized for the tech (who is known as rude to many locally) and fixed my problem with just 5 minutes of his day and a smiling face. She needs to go and the pharmacist needs recognition!
