I love my neighborhood Walgreens !! The people working in the pharmacy are always so pleasant and efficient. The pharmacist that gave me my flu shot was super nice. She was good too...I didn’t feel a thing!
Well, I use to love it. But now that Karen in the cosmetic department is no longer there. I will no longer be coming in. She made your store what it is today. Her smile, her energy she was welcoming and informative. So disappointed.
Just heard about the firing of sweet Karen at the cosmetic counter. Whoever the dumb manager is, doesn't know that Karen was a part of our town! She made the store unique with her caring, personable style in dealing with every customer. She always seemed to look out for your best interests. Her attitude set the store apart from all the other stores with nameless, disinterested people that work everywhere. I guess I'll just go to CVS, which is closer anyway. Disappointed in you, Avon Lake Walgreen's!!!
I am very upset about the firing of Karen that worked the cosmetics counter at your Avon Lake store. Customer service is a dime a dozen anymore and she was the reason why I (and my mother who is not on FB) shopped at your store. She was friendly, she knew everyone's name and genuinely cared about YOUR customer's lives, she was very helpful and suggested new products...she was everything an employer would want from their employee and more! Karen was the reason so many of us shopped at Walgreens. Her friendly smile, her customer service was beyond expectations throughout the store, not just cosmetics. Trust me, I will not shop there again. What Walgreens did is beyond wrong and I know many Avon Lake customers feel the same way. Shame on you Walgreens!
