I came on Friday to get my prescription filled. I was told that they did not have it in, they would have to order it, & to come back Monday when it would be in. I came back on Monday & waited 20 minutes in line. They told me that it was not really, they were filling it now & it would be ready in 25 minutes. I waited 30 minutes in line for them to tell me that my husbands medicine wasn’t ready that was suppose to have been ready two hours ago.
Drive thru closed - not enough staff - 2nd trip here today - need meds tonight for husband who just got out of the hospital. Also this is the first of the month - come on Where is customer service at Walgreens-Gaffney?
Carla Paige was very rude and unprofessional when handling my sons medicine or lack of. They could not fill his prescription and we never got a call nor did they call the doctor. Carla said she did not care and had a very strong attitude. Very upsetting
the pharmacy didnt answer my call for over a hour it said 3 ahead 2 ahead and that's it.i hung up and called back got the store to call them 30 more minutes.i called back got the manager and he walked the phone to them Barry had called to fill a prescription they said it didnt exist,I got her straightened out.they are slow your ignored I hate dealing with them
Walgreens is pathetic and SLOW they mess up everything and their employees in the pharmacy are RUDE
Careful when paying cash to them they handed me back a counterfeit 5 dollar bill
Nothing good to say about the time to fill any prescription EVER!! Always 2.5hrs later than promised!! Always!!
