Try having the people who answer the phone in the pharmacy take customer support classes. The guy I have talked to twice was so rude I've transferred my prescriptions back to HyVee.

The most non compassionate pharmacy staff ever. Thank you to the amazing store manager for his compassion.
I went to drive thru to get script filled and apparently the female pharmacist took offense when I stared that if another car pulled in behind me I would pull forward no other cars pulled in behind me after waiting 15 minutes I asked “do you know how much longer it will be?” As we were having sub 0 temps and I was sick and freezing in my car... next thing the pharmacist comes back and refuses to fill script. Now I don’t know who wouldn’t be upset by this I was extremely disserviced and the staff acted like imbecils
I work there and they treat me with respect. Plus there's always a shift leader that helps me out if I need it.
On Christmas eve my daughter, a local small business owner, came into this store to get prescriptions for 2 of her children. She also wasn't feeling well - so didn't look the best. She was treated with rudeness and disrespect when she discovered she left her insurance card at home, so much so that she started to cry. The many people in line were appalled at the treatment and applauded when she defended herself to this "employee" when transaction was done.
