We have had communication problems with this pharmacy for over a year. I have repeatedly contacted management to explain the problems and ask that they be addressed yet they continue to occur. We are often not contacted when there are significant delays in filling our prescriptions, sometimes we submit for refills and are told they never received our requests, and we have even had problems with getting the pharmacy staff to use the correct Balance Rewards card.
