This is the third time I’ve had a prescription called in and go pick it up two days later and it isn’t ready. Then I waited 25 minutes to be told it was a glitch and I would have to eat another 45 min. I should have been a priority if that was the case. But since this isn’t the first time it’s happened from multiple different doctor offices it must just be either a faulty system or incompetent employees.

Every experience with them is a bad experience. Their pharmacists always mess up big time when we need something and the photo center once was going to charge me $100 more than they said my order would be. If you can go to another pharmacy, do it. I literally think driving out of town is more worth it.

I waited over an hour only to be hung up on twice. I get to the store and it has 7 cars in the drive through and haven’t moved for twenty minutes. I have a 2 month old and can’t get her out in the weather. This is ridiculous and I’ve been to other locations and never have the problems I do with this one.

I have been using this location for a pharmacy for several years, with no problems, they were always on time, prescriptions were filled in a timely manner and never had any issues. But in the Summer ( of 2017 ) this location did a 180 and went down hill fast. You can not get any one one the phone unless you sit on hold for 15 - 30 mins, and scrips now take normally over 24 hours to fill. I have been to this particular location several times and 9 out of 10 times have a good experience ! Most employees are very helpful ,I no longer use the pharmacy due to ins but when I did they were always polite and helpful! Most often the items I go for are available and I usually end up spending more I their on sale it clearance items , I have noticed the clearance items are not marked down a lot , but again if you need it then it helps, I went to one in Columbia once when passing through and he clearance items there were... read more

41 minutes on hold and they tell me that they can not refill until after midnight which I knew before I called. Said night shift may not have it filled at 6 am when I requested because they have a lot to do. That's why I brought it by 2 days early and still called and reminded them about filling it. Move mu meds somewhere else really tired of all the excuses and the ignore on the phone.
