This is the worst pharmacy- EVER! You can either wait in the drive thru with several cars just waiting, not moving or if you’d like to make your day more thrilling- you can go inside with the line at least 5 deep and no one reacting. Dropping off a simple prescription? count on wasting a hour of your time waiting for it. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed and provide piss poor customer service. Why don’t you get more staff in the pharmacy?? It takes way too long to have them filled, picked up and calls answered.
why is this drive thru always so slow??? I'm new to the area and this is horrible customer service, the wait is awful! I will be finding a new pharmacy.
We always had so much issues with this pharmacy. We have to call in many times to get a small prescription filled. This evening, i dropped a prescription and they said it will be ready in 45 minutes. Then i receive a call saying that they can not locate the prescription. Then they magically find it and tell us that the patient is not in the system.
