The slowest most unreliable pharmacy I have ever used. Have gone multiple times to pick up a prescription at the time I was told it was ready only to be told it wasn't ready, they didn't say it was ready and would have to wait another 30 minutes. Absolutely do not use this place.
I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Woodway Walgreens. Prescription called in before 2pm and they said would be ready at 4:15 on automated system and it was 5:05 when it was ready. Made me stand in line for 25 minutes only to be told to go to the back of the line and wait again.
OMG, I have always praised this pharmacy! However, I have been there 4 times in 2 days to pick up 1 prescription. Still haven't been able to?!?!?!? This is frustrating & I have decided after years going there, I am changing pharmacy. I am a good customer & it's not just me, it's my family. Anyone really happy with their pharmacy??
The pharmacy needs to get it together and find a way to make the drive thru work. If you have people waiting over 30 minutes in line you need to close the drive thru. This is ridiculous !!!!
I love Walgreen's! Especially the Woodway , Tx location. It is one stop shopping for me. I love the "cash back " rewards program . It is just getting back cash for buying what I always buy. The sales on many things I buy save me even more than shopping at the grocery store . Pharmacy is easy to use, quick and always consistent . Staff are friendly and overall just a great experience every time.
They were very polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for my prescription.
Set up for refill notifications and never got them. Prescriptions where never ready to pick up when called in. Always some problem. We moved our family to another pharmacy today.
Waited over an hour after my doctor appointment before going for my prescription and was told they didn't have them! How long does it take?! Used to love Walgreens but they have gotten worse and worse! This place is a joke!!! Time to change pharmacy!!!
