This pharmacy is Our insurance’s preferred provider. We have problems every time we try to fill anything. I am always told they are short staffed, and they will get to it when they can. They claim to never receive faxes until the doctor calls. (Multiple doctor offices for multiple people).
Ashley in pharmacy found me a coupon that halved my prescription costs so i didn’t have to cut anything out. She definitely went above and beyond to help me!!
When you use the drive thru, expect to wait 30 min in line. They open both lanes but only have one person working, makes no sense. Very slow.
Only place I will ever get my prescriptions! Oh and #RedNoseDay is coming up ❤️
RecommendedMy experiences with pharmacy’s has never been positive. Until the Woodway Walgreens was recommended. Every single time, they have been on top of it. Scripts done and ready when they say. Reasonable to really fast wait times. Great customer service! They are dealing with sick folks all day and still have the ability to be humorous, kind, compassionate and caring. Thanks for being awesome.
No wonder they have such bad reviews. Horrible customer service, extremely slow service, one clerk I had today is rude. Overall awful!
Use to be a good place but it has drastically gone down hill. Line backed up from the pick up window to the photo desk. 2 pick up registers only one person working the counter. And pray no one in front of you has an issue as this will result in a total stoppage of anything getting done. Not to mention.
