In the midst of COVID-19, I called the pharmacy to provide some insurance information. I was told testily that I should bring the info into the pharmacy. I am 74 years old. “In this day and age you want me to come in.” I asked. He grudgingly took two minutes on the phone with me. What is the matter with you??
Service is not good. I asked to just drop off a script and was told I needed to wait in line. After ten min of waiting and the line not moving I left. Why don’t you allow people to just drop off a script?

everytime. i go into walgreen on bank i have the wrost help and i have talked to many people who feel the full srrvice at meds department suck and all should be fire and i will be moving my care to CVS. before the new year
