Needed a script filled for my son no one at this pharmacy could figure out how to get it accomplished had to drive to temple to get it resolved not once but twice. Now I decided to change to a new pharmacy and you can't even figure out how to transfer the prescription right. Y'all seriously need to get your stuff together.
Kristin from the pharmacy dept helped me for hours to try and get an issue resolved with my insurance. She kept in contact with me to provide updates and remained so patient through out the whole process. We both made several calls to the insurance company and when I finally went into the store for pick up she stopped by the window to check on me. She was more than helpful in this situation and I cannot express how grateful I am!! Thank you Kristin for all of your help!!!!
