Called about a flu shot said no appt. needed went in 4 people in line when I got up there they said it would be a hour so I told them I would go do a few things and then come back came back in 45 mins told them I was back and they said get back in line to get paper work to fill out and now 6 people in line I ask why didn’t they have me do paper work first time I came in I was not happy they went ahead and gave me paper work filled it out and 30 mins later got shot maybe you should make appt. or at least tell the person calli... read more
The only reason I said no I don’t have a problem with buying things from Walgreens I have a problem with not getting my full money back when I purchase something and they told me today the return value is not the same as getting my money back. Why would Walgreens do something like this and not give their customers the money they paid for something in full. This doesn’t make since to me. Generally I get really good service here, but this week it has been unbelievably horrid. Since Tuesday I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare because I take an alternative to opioids. So basically because I do not want to be totally stoned out of my mind for my chronic pain to be controlled my pharmacy is putting me thru hell!
What do you do when you're dealing with rudeness and it's the manager. You can't win.
