Customer service TERRIBLE. They are always under staffed and VERY RUDE
Drove up to the pharmacy and it took 5 minutes for the pharmacist to acknowledge me even though i could see him standing there. He proceeded to rudely tell me the medicine i needed for my sick baby wasnt behind the counter (which it is) and that he couldn't get it. He gave me a print out and coldly told me if i wanted help I would have to come inside. I loaded my VERY sick baby out of the car and inside. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are incredibly slow, rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, uninterested in their customers, both in the actual pharmacy area and in the general store area. I will never use them again, and will tell everyone local to me not to use them.
Avoid it unless you have absolutely no other choice. "Missing scripts", stuff at other locations, 1 hour wait for in-stock item turns into almost 2 hours. Multiple people coming in after spending over 30 minutes in drive-thru. If only Tricare stayed with CVS...
I went today to leave a prescription and the two persons that were there ignored me the little time that I was there she was rude and she told me to come back in 45 minutes when I came back to pick up the medicine she was still rude to the point up to throw the medicine at the window and she was making fun of it with his work partner the times that I have gone there they were never that rude as them I had never felt that bad .
