I tried once again to use this pharmacy. One again the experience was very disappointing.

Worst pharmacy ever. Don’t get your child’s prescription filled here because they will mess it up every time. Horrible, ignorant staff that needs their certifications pulled. Rude pharmacist (the black woman).
This WalGreens should never be a pharmacy that helps others. I waited on hold for well over 30minutes on a hold tree. They would pick-up ,place back on hold and music would start. This happen 10times. This store should be closed and all people choose a better store elsewhere. Negative STaRS!
One of your employees that works in Allen has really shown her true colors. Allen is quite a diverse city so the likelihood of her encountering some of the very people she speaks about in her venting is highly likely and I doubt she would be respectful. I sure hope you look Into her behavior
They are always so slow!! Then today I went through & the lady at the window was so rude I couldn’t believe it! This place has been going downhill for a while, they broke the camels back with me. We will use CVS for now on.
They need to staff more pharmacists and or pharmacy techs at this location. The drive thru always has 3-4 cars per lane and at least an inside wait line of another 6 customers. Additionally this location was a 24hr one, but they have switched to closing at 12AM.
I recently moved to an area near this location and switched my prescriptions from a store in Allen. I am going to switch back to my old store and make the drive. This pharmacy is the slowest I have ever dealt with. I wish CVS was back in my health insurance network. Walgreens, especially this location, is the worst!
This store has always had rotten customer service. Only because of insurance reasons do we even bother with this store! Tried getting the pharmacy to answer my call FOR OVER AN HOUR and NO ONE WILL ANSWER! Tried calling photo & cosmetics to ask why won’t they pick up, & they won’t answer either!
