Save yourself the stress and multiple lies about when your prescription will be ready. Dropped it off at 6 pm Monday night was told to come back at 7:30 then I was told to come back at 8:30 they still weren't ready so I begged to at least get the Z pack 1 of 3 scripts . I got the Z pack a was told that I would get a text before 11:00 when they close for the other 2.. I received the text the next day at 10:00 am
Customer Service effing sucks! Sent my hubby to buy some mascara, he grabbed the water proof by mistake. He didnt use there rewards card so they wont exchange it (unopened, never used). The ugly low life manager who probably makes less than my 12 year old mowing lawns caught attitude like I was trying to rip them off. Please I will keep the 8.99 mascara and take my business to CVS.
Unbelievable! My husband had a pretty serious asthma attack that landed him in the hospital. He filled his prescriptions but they failed to dispense his spacer for his inhaler; which every professional knows increases the effectiveness of his standard rescue inhaler. I had to call them, make them refer to the original prescription to see the spacer was prescribed, and then come pick it up. So they screwed up, we had to make a special trip, he is panicking bc he didn't have it....and they still charged me $20 for it even afte... read more
I was disrespected, humiliated, and embarrassed by the pharmacist yesterday when I tried to get my pain meds. I left the store in tears, crying like a baby.....and I'm 57 years old! It was awful....and when I called and told the RX manager about it he defended his employee and her behavior. Shameful. I know I'm not the first and I won't be the last person treated badly at this pharmacy; but I fully intend to transfer all of my prescriptions to CVS today.
