😷Oof! I just had a really gross encounter at Walgreens on River road. A Blonde white Woman mid 50's maybe 60's came in with no mask on as I was checking out. I said ma'am you forgot your mask. She got in my face and stared me down then cut through the line of people instead of walking around us all. ...K. I asked the clerk at the stand if she saw what had happened and she said they couldn't do anything to enforce people wearing masks. I get it, but dang. Employees are not properly wearing masks and apparently their corporate office has decided management can't say anything about it to them.
They didn’t process my preauthorization properly so I would have had to pay $170 instead of a $1.30 on Friday when I went to pick it up, then I get a call after I am already home saying it’s been approved and I can pick it up. Show up today and they have filled the same prescription twice and then say it wasn’t approved and they have to resubmit it again and the says nothing he can do, I have to move from the drive thru so he can help others after waiting 20 minutes in line because they closed down pick up in the store. Having a Pharmacist tell your husband that maybe they aren't the Pharmacy for them and then hang up on him isn't cool. Walgreens is the only pharmacy he can use because of his Insurance company. My husband is terminally I'll and they drop the ball on all his medications, every month.
Not bad could be a bit more prompt. Still friendly staff
