Walgreens at Knoxville Crossing Peoria, Il I believe the pharmacy techs could be a little bit more friendly and have a polite professional conversation with you when having troubles filling children’s medication. We aren’t pharmacy techs so we don’t know what PA means etc. No smile No eye Contact just solemn look and rush away as if they are to busy to give you 5min. It’s ridiculous especially in this nice residential area.

Knoxville Ave. I want the Pharmacist who helped me tremendously. I suffer from ptsd, depression, anxiety, bi polar, fibromyalgia. This pharmacist talked with me about my meds. I GOT A CALL FROM WALGREENS REGARDING MY PEN NEEDLES THEY STATE THEY HAD TO ORDER BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT. TWO DAYS BEFORE THEY WERE READY TO CHARGE ME #43.00 FOR THE NEEDLES ON THE SHELF, WHICH THERE WERE APPROX. 10 BOXES. THE PHARMACIST, RANDY DALLIN, STATES YOU ORDERED A SPECIFIC NEEDLE, WHICH I FOUND STRANGE SINCE I HAVE USED BOTH LENGTHS IN THE PAST. I'd give the pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I have nothing but problems when trying to pick up prescriptions. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy.
