No attention to detail at all. I have been given the incorrect prescription for months. I'm not sure how many months this has been going on but for the last several months the staff has given me incorrect meds and for months I have made several members of staff aware of this. hapoened again yesterday. At this point it has taken over 35 minutes to fill a prescription for an inhaler (mind you, an item that is already placed into a box and sealed - literally nothing special needs to be done) that can be picked off of the shelf and handed directly to me. Roughly four customers have come through in this time so it cannot be due to being “busy.” While this location is convenient, our family will be changing where our future prescriptions are filled from. Update - took 38 minutes. Slow clap.
Given me wrong prescriptions on two occasions . Once was liquid Xanax for a 2 month old. No apology. Then tried to just slap a new label over the other. No idea what was actually in the bottle. Continually shorting me on the antibiotic.

Rang the buzzer for someone come help n this chic Anne came but acted like it was a real bother... Then after I had already txt everything I wanted on the album shes like you'll have to redo it Im like no it's there just we need to make sure... Then mgnt came and figured it out and we were good to go.. The young red head at the check outs was very helpful n John who put the album together did a great job... Anne needs to be in a back office no people skills at all.. This is the only Walgreens we shop at outside of mail order... read more
