I dropped off a narcotic prescription last night and talked with the pharmacist who said it would be ready by 9:30 this morning. Arrived this morning to be told by a different pharmacist that she would not refill it until she confirmed with the doctor I really need the prescription. I didn't realize she was a spinal surgeon?!
This is a very busy Walgreens. I got great customer service at the pharmacy, today. Just solid, caring, customer service. Kudos to you all and Thanks. You made my day.
Pharmacy here is AWFUL!!!!! I dropped off a prescription Friday and was told it would be in Monday at the latest. Its now Tuesday and they have nothing showing it was even ordered. We are heading into Thanksgiving weekend and this isn't something we can just not have. Techs can be extremely rude.
