Second time I have been lied to about getting my meds refilled. I feel due to what kind of meds I have been discriminated against and lied too. Bottom line I was told it's up to the Pharmacy when you can get your medication not the insurance. They have lied to my face to the point that nobody deserves to be treated like this and Walgreens certainly has gone down hill will there way they treat there customers. We live in Colona & I left my house, got prescription filled (while I waited) and back home within 45 min. You guys rock!!
There is a pharmacy tech there, Betsey. She's wonderful! It really feels good that she remembers mine and my family's name. She is always smiling and makes you feel comfortable. She is awesome with anything I need. I moved to a different area, however, as long as she is there I'll keep going.
Your night pharmacist dan is a total dick! I suffer from lupus and endometreosis and last night when i tried filling my medication he was extremely rude. Hes always been this way. Im to the point i get to scared to even go to that walgreens after hours so i usually wait and go to rockisland during the day. I think you guys need to find a new night pharmacist
