Dwayne is awesome! He's such a genuinely, nice person. He acknowledges every customer and is so gracious. You've got a 1 in a million kind of employee with him!
You've got quite the employee at this location, Dwayne. You've hopefully had many compliments about him. His Customer Service is always excellent, and he starts everyone off with a positive feeling when they first walk in, and when they leave. It's great to see someone who enjoys their job, helping others, and he's a humble person. He's just a great guy. Not to leave the others out, anytime I've ever been in this Republic Road location, all the employees are helpful and always very nice.
My daughter was in the ER this morning and was given a couple of prescriptions brought them to you and right off the bat they noticed a major screw up made by a so called Dr. My daughter is allergic to codeine and was in her chart and on her wrist and that is what the prescription was for. BIG kudos to the pharmacist for catching a potentially serious issue.
Your location is one of the WORST in the city for customer service in your pharmacy area. I'm disabled on Medicare and called to get a price for a new Rx that I'd received. On the IVR while I was WAITING it said they'd "be happy to quote prices for Medicare Rx". I explained to the girl that answered that I have limited mobility and really need to know if I can afford the Rx before I get out and come all the way over there. She informed me that they "couldn't do that" and I told her what the IVR said and she just started spil... read more
I would hope that Walgreens would help someone out in need but today I learned not. My husband who works for Redbox and was servicing outside this location locked his keys in his car. He went inside the Walgreens to call me to come help him and they told him they could not let him use their phone. He told them he was locked out and they still said no. I can't believe a company would be so heartless to not let a person use their phone. My husband had to walk to someone who would let him use a phone. What if a single mom locke... read more
