Had to wait over 5 minutes to pick up pics associate very rude, spoke to wall instead of me. Prices rang up wrong and lost 5,000 points for their error.
I'm guessing they are very understaffed in the pharmacy, wait is way too long. The new 2 lanes for the drive thru sucks, one lane for pick up and for drop off so you wait forever and there's no room for more than 4 cars which there is always 4+ cars in line! My favorite is when there is a problem and the person should be told to go inside!!! Nobody knows what they are doing there. Got a call saying my scripts were ready but when I got there to pick them up nobody knows where they put them. They said they had to of misplaced it or gave it to someone else. They tried giving me someone else's script too.
They definitely don't appreciate your business! I have switched to O'Brien's, a local pharmacy! I will never go to Walgreens again!
I can't say how many times I've come here to pick up a prescription- and either wait 1/2 hour or more at the drive-thru, while the people inside get served, or tonite, when the people at the drive-thru get served, while a young couple were in front of me, waiting 1/2 hour for their prescription- why can't they either direct drivers/ patients aside to serve others while they wait? Techs don't seem to care, nor do they apologize for the wait! If Walgreens is about serving the customer, I'm not impressed...
2 hours to fill one small prescription and told us 15 more minutes when we came back to get it. Get a new pharmacist that cares. This is beyond unacceptable.
