The Belvidere Walgreens never has medication in stock. They tell you they will have it in the next day and then they don't. There are 5 or 6 people behind the pharmacy counter but no one is waiting on the customers waiting in line. Not even A I'll be with you in a moment.

too way too long of a wait getting prescriptions filled started at 3.30 told not ready till 6.30 came back had to wait till 8.30. then next day in at 5.30 oh it will be about 30 minutes I left at 8.30 seems to be the normal way to treat people
I wouldn't give them a star if I didn't have to in order to tell everyone how horrid this place is. Wait 25 minutes in drive thru to be told at least 20 more minutes. Get 5 minutes away and get a call my antibiotic is ready. Come back and there are 7 cars in line. I have 100 degree fever and sick infant. Come inside and there are 9 people in line. Way to suck Walgreens! If there was another drive thru option I would take it even if I had to pay double!!!
They need to work of how to treat the costumers !! One more thing I been trying to used my coupons but the only allow 1 ONE �� .. las time the sistema took my coupons and the lady say we can’t �� but the sistem took them ���come on I’m only using 2 coupons ���so some one is not doing his work right � !!! Im tired how you guys treat us .. I will file a complaint you guys aren’t boing what you are suppose to do !!
Their Pharmacy Service Is by Far The Absolute Worst We Have Ever Experienced At Any Walgreen's Across The Country. Drive thru is Horrible One Cashier Two Lane's And They Are By Far The Absolute Slowest Customer Service
The lady works up front don't know what shes doing she fucked us over 100$ on an amazon card then the manager says they cant do shit about it!? Theifs.
This place has the worst pharmacy I have ever been to , they have called the doctor back twice and still have a mess up with the prescription. If you can help it go somewhere else
Too bad there ISN'T a ZERO � Very SLOW & RUDE SERVICE! ALWAYS on hold for OVER 30 MIN to 1hr before! My husband was SPOKEN TO & EYES WERE ROLLED BACK OF ANNOYANCE!! SUPER GLAD I was NOT there, cause I've about had it with this damn Walgreens already!! THEY NEED BETTER EFFICIENT SERVICE & TRAINING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES FR!!� I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
