They had our prescription for five hours, but never filled it. They “got busy and forgot”. They filled it immediately once my husband was standing in front of them not accepting their excuses. No apologies were offered. This particular branch has awful customer service.
The Walgreens on north market suck at filling prescriptions in a timely manner or as promised. Will not use this one anymore and will recommend no one else does either!

Unprofessional pharmacy!!!! Not only were they late getting to work and opening up but we also Waited over an hour and then they told us the dosage was incorrect on sons prescription and we would have to wait longer for the pharmacist to call insurance co. I took the prescription to Brookshires and it was filled within 5 minutes!!!! Don't waste your time with this place!!!!
Just so y'all know , Walgreens SUCK. After telling me if I waited for my eye meds it would be an hour. I said I'll come back. Keep in mind I am having trouble seeing and was told by Dr not to drive or strain my eyes at ALL.. we call at 6 pm, and they tell us, no its not ready we don't have any and have to order.. ok so go by at 4:15 today. and am told they don't know if it came in because they don't have time to look in the shipment and hopefully they will be able to go through it at 6pm. You have you drugs set up there to be filled, they don't have drugs , then they send you across town to be filled get there and do they tell you on phone that it be 3 hour wait no have to go and find out. Call and tell them what you want and still can't get it done!! It's either a people or management problem
- Just purchased my "Save The Date" for our wedding from Walgreens ! I purchased 180 of them and they gave me 200 envelopes for $19.55 (including tax). They usually offer coupons online also. I will only print from Walgreens from now on ! I'm so thrilled !!!!
