I worked at this store for a year and a half. I enjoyed working with most of the employees, however the turn over rate is ridiculously bad. The store manager, James Rogers, is the reason the store is in such terrible shape. He is an arrogant dickhead! He doesn't do a damn thing productive for that store, he sits in the office all day long and if he has a problem with you, he won't address it with you personally, he'll go get another manager to tell you what he said. Since you asked, I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for a prescription that Walgreens called and texted me that was ready. The employees were very nice and helpful but there were too few of them in the pharmacy.

See my post on their page....I will never enter this establishment again. The worst employees I have ever encountered. They have lost my confidence as a consumer and my respect as a human. The employees that are in their pharmacy show the true mark of the decline of western society. Good luck.

Someone in Walgreen's management needs to counsel the staff performing checkout duties to ensure that (a) items paid for on the receipt are actually in the bag, and (b) when giving change, to ensure that ALL the change is given. I just discovered that the fistful of bills I was given for a small transaction was short $10.

I went up to the store this morning after being at the doctor to switch all of my prescriptions over to your store. You hadn't received my prescriptions yet, so I came home to wait. At 2:30 I started checking in with you. My doctors office say the first time they called it in was 11:07. I have never had any trouble with them but you claim no record of it. They have sent it to you 4 times. I've called up there many times, been put on hold and hung up on 3 times. Was on hold for Shady for 20 min and hung up on. So....I am swit... read more

Both Madison locations are by far the WORST in the Southeast. EVERY time I use their pharmacy services, there is a problem, horrendous customer service or unreasonable wait times. The only reason we continue to use this pharmacy is because it is the only 24 hour store in the area. I have now been sitting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes for prescriptions that were dropped off 3 hours ago. Walgreens needs to step in and help this store out. They should be embarrassed.
