Concerned mother called to ask the pharmacist a question at 10:15pm regarding a sick child. The pharmacist was very kind, offered a suggestion, and told me he was there all night if I needed to call back. I truly appreciated his kindness and being helpful. Great job Walgreens � Excellent customer service!
I just paid 99cents per oral syringe at Walgreens for my sons OTC medicine. I spend 100$ plus every month at this store (at least). I’m currently stuck with a screaming teething unhappy baby so you got me this time. Not anymore. Never again. I’ll take my business somewhere they want it.
It is absolutely unacceptable that it always takes 15+ mins to get someone to even pick up the phone!
Not just this Walgreens but ever Walgreens is awful....they can't ever do anything right and they are all about money not customer service...WRST PHARMACY EVER...!!!!
the only reason I would go there again is if I have to use the 24 hour pharmacy otherwise I would never enter the store. The pharmacy staff was rude and slow.
Pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. Unfortunately, the only local 24 hour pharmacy but if it was regular business hours I would NEVER use them.
