bad customer service on the CORPORATION side of the company
you can call me cheap if you want but every penny counts to me. And not being able to use my reward points as I choose. It is the same amount used, you just want us in the store more. CVS has rewards also. I all ready switched my prescriptions due to rudeness at the SE14th street location. I just it's good ridden Walgreens.
Recently, Walgreens has become completely inept at handling our prescriptions. It’s fine though. Our kids don’t need their antibiotics.
Not my regular store I shop in. Your cashier (older white lady) had a rude tone. Please work on your customer service with customers that ask a simple question.
I need to apologize. I entered my prescriptions wrong and they went to a lot of work for nothing but were nice about it. I love my Walgreens and all the staff!
