Waited forever in the drive thru and going in isn't any better.
We have not been giving meds wrong. It's PROBABLY the manufacturer's fault. but it COULD be Walgreen's fault. but NOT EVERYBODY NEEDS THE SAME dosage so how can they already be PREFILLED AHEAD OF TIME FOR THE RIGHT AMOUNT?
This Walgreens has the WORST customer service skills in ALL history! I have been racially profiled almost EVERY TIME I go in there. Now mind you I only go to this one if it's my LAST option. #1 They never greet me when I walk in, but will when someone else walks in right behind me. #2 I don't think it's right to be followed in the store just to pick up a prescription. #3 I have never heard "Have a nice day, please come again" or anything other kind of basic valediction. Slowest pharmacy that I have ever been to . I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what but if you need to grab your meds and go, you should probably get them somewhere else.
Super dissatisfied with the gentleman with the pharmacy. He was not nice, and very uninformed. Ask me about my information, but didnt ask for my insurance. I found out an hour later I couldn't use this pharmacy. No phone call, nothing said at drop off. I will be using CVS from now on regardless what insurance I have.
This was a really bad experience ...because the woman at the pharmacy didn't look up if my daughter could get the flu shot at Central and Maize instead she said we can go to Central and Maize location. So I took her to Central and Maize location for no REASON. THANKS fof nothing..it's an inconvenience with my daughter's disability
Lazy pharmacy! 20 minutes for a damn fill....didn't ask me for insurance card when I first got here....don't know how to run state insurance apparently....waited another 15 minutes.....and I told them I didn't have time to wait! Especially since I work early hours and have a sick kid who needed to go home! Don't use them! From now on....I'll stick with Leeker's in Park city!
I wish I could give 100 stars!!! I forgot her name, but a female pharmacist and this location called me about an hour ago to simply ask how I was doing on my new Med and other meds. She was one the kindest person I have ever talked to! Such a selfless act, made me feel like a person, and not a number. This location and staff are top notch!!! Thank you whoever you are!!! You made my day!!!
