RecommendedI had a very sweet lady that gave me my shot, waited 15 minutes then was out of there! Everyone needs to have patience, these ladies still have to fill meds, answer phones etc. I'm thankful that they are there for us@
0 stars this place is ridiculous. I'm 60 yrs old, the place is packed. I wait in line to buy snacks and other foods for my wife whi is in the car and was just picked up from dialysis. I also wanted 4 packs of cigarettes. I was asked for ID for cigarettes. ID was in car. she immediately removed cigarettes turned her back and put them back. said no ID no smokes. Pharmacy cashier was very rude she needs more training in customer service. I will not be going back to this location.
Pharmacy personnel may be people rejected from better pharmacies. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Incompetent staff. Blamed their fault on backed up computer system. What would have resolved my issue was a timely phone call. I asked if their phone service was related to the computer system. No, it is not. Apparently the staff does not know how to use a phone. I could have forgiven one transaction where they lied and didn't follow up, but two within 9 hours is unforgivable. I will not spend another cent at this Wal... read more
I've been getting prescriptions filled here for the pass five years. Now that Jennifer is the rude ass manager I'll take my business elsewhere. No one called to inform me that there was an issue with my prescription. When I came to pick up the next day they informed me of the issue. Jenn claim she called but later switched to saying someone else called. NO ONE CALLED! I simply asked her for her last name which she refused. But I found it posted on the store.
