I think this Walgreens is ridiculous. I have been on hold for 40 mins and am still on hold. The funny thing is that it says u have 1 caller ahead of me and really it takes that long. My husband had to go up there while I was on hold and no one was on the phone. I hate Walgreens and definitely am switching to Kroger for all my perceptions. I wish i could give 0 stars. I've switched all my meds to kroger, but unfortunately my Dr sent my Script to this pharmacy by mistake. A BIG mistake. This by far is the worst pharmacy I've ever saw! 40 minutes on hold for a woman to answer and quickly say, "please hold", to finally have it start ringing for her to answer AGAIN and say, "please hold". Really? I've been holding for 40 minutes!!!! They either need to close shop, or hire a whole new batch of staff. Completely ridiculous.
Just sat in the drive through for 45 minutes behind 2 cars and they decided to shut down the drive thru by placing a piece of handwritten paper saying "due to short staff drive thru closed"......knowing they saw us sitting there for that whole time. Whatever happened to customer service? I also had my handicapped son with me and was unable to go in due to his nausea.
