Rude and very unprofessional in the pharmacy! Their turn over rate for employees is due to their pharmacy manager treating employees badly.

I have been going to this store for over 20 yrs! Now all of a sudden the pharmacist says i can NOT use my native american federal tribal id to pick up my meds anymore!! The 1st time i recieved a call back from store manager said the pharmacist didnt know. I went back a guess what he threw my id back at me and said hes not taking it as a form of id and this time didnt get a call from store after i called corporate!!! Guess my next step is to hire a lawyer for discrimination!! Damn shame!!
Holy cow. Just got done sitting behind one car for an hour. Had to turn my car off and found out that person hadn’t even been talked too!! The guy beside me in the other line told me he’d been there forever and they ignored him. Girl beside me got asked her name five times and asked how to spell it and her name was Amy!!! My child was very sick in the back just crying and waiting and they just continued to act like they didn’t know what the hell they were doing! Walgreens on Valley Station Rd ��� Today I picked up meds via the pharmacy for two of the girls and myself. The wait time was outrageous. The girl working the drive thru was RUDE! � When she asked me what the address was for one of the girls I told her and she continued to tell me it was an address from more than 6 years ago. Didn't bother to change it in their system or hear me out while I tried to tell her the correct one. After that she proceeded to tell me the amount due....Continue Reading
Everytime I come to pick up a script, the wait time is ridiculous. I have been in treatment for breast cancer, unfortunately I will have to wait until I get further into recovery. Because I plan on switching to Kroger to get my scripts. People seem to be happier with Kroger that I have talked to.
