Sitting here in the drive thru trying to pick a prescription and it taking forever! This happens every time I come here! Pharmacy isn't organized, they lose meds, can't find them and on top of that they're extremely slow! Won't be using this one anymore!
If I could give it negative stars I would! Worst customer service ever! If you want to be treated like a criminal and spoken to like a petulant child, if you enjoy being treated disrespectfully (especially by management), then this is the Walgreens for you!
One of the best experiences yet with any pharmacy. Your pharmacist , Albert, took the time to help me with a complicated prescription situation. What could have been a disaster and possibly life threatening situation, was resolved by Human Attention...forget those computers..., I'll take a person any time. Thank you Walgreens for your quality hire. He actually cares about the people he serves.
I'm currently sitting in the drive thru and there is someone literally waiting for their prescription to be filled! Why not just drop it off if in the drive thru. The Walgreen's I normally go to only let's you drop off your r pick up, no waiting long periods! I only use this one at times since it is 24 hours and mine isn't!
Worst service ever, I hate doing business with Walgreens
