This place sucks!!! It takes over 30 minutes to get medication! The staff is so rude and incompetent!! There like 8 people here and 1 line and 2 out of the 8 people working! It’s ridiculous!!! Do they not understand people are in need of their medicine?!!!
Walgreens quality and customer service has gone the drain. There is always long lines and they always have issues with their systems. Every time I come for a refill there is always a delay do to their system not having current information. There always long lines as well.
Every month they are late with my diabetes medication. This should be a team effort between patient, doctor and pharmacy. Walgreens keeps dropping the ball. Today I was out right lied to and told my doctor didn't refill my prescription on another medication. My doctor is right across the street. The nurse called Walgreens on speaker phone and was told by Walgreens staff they never got it. I got a printed prescription and went back. Also never enough staff on duty, constantly long lines.
The drive threw is so slow. Waited almost 30 min , no one was there.
