The pharmacy is always way to busy and under staffed. I was told my wait would be 10-15 minutes. After nearly an hour, I decided to ask the status of my Rx. The tech said they had my insurance wrong and have to wait to rerun the Rx. So I asked how much longer and he told me they were “slammed” it would be awhile. I asked why I wasn’t called to clarify insurance and he had no response. I asked for a manager to express my frustration and he said hold on a second and walked away. I just left. Poor customer service. Impolite. Don't honor appointments.
The worst service. Automatic refills goes from this location to another with NO reason. I have to go twice and call in order from them to get it to my location.
I just want to say that Jacqueline in your beauty department is WONDERFUL. I went in today looking for one product, and she walked me through all of the new No. 7 and Soap and Glory lines and told me about some great deals you have on holiday sets. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and not too pushy. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. It was definitely the best experience I have ever had in a Walgreens!

Drive thru, 2 cars in line for prescription pickup 20 mins...worst decision ever at 330 p.m on Wednesday
Waiting for prescriptions...at the Walgreens drive thru for 15 minutes and still 3 cars ahead of me....it's supposed to be for pick-up not a consultation. WTH. So stupid. But you know me social media Blast.....
