Stood in line driving thru for at least 25 minutes and we were 3 in line on arrival. Called us 3 hours ago that the prescription was ready. They have been looking g for it for another 10 minutes. They suck!!!!
Feeling awful this morning so I went to the doctor. I go to Walgreens with 3 prescription. I was asked if I wanted to come back or wait. I decided to wait. Girl said it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 2 hours. When I went to the counter the said get back in line and it will be ready. When I get in line there was 12 people in front of me and 1 cashier, another 25 minutes then I got to the counter the guy told me it wasn't ready yet, a couple of minutes more. Yea right! My rating is a 1 because I couldn't go lower. I thought the Walgreens on Mesa and Shadow Mountain was horrible so I tried the one at Doniphan and Mesa . . Oh my goodness, it is definetely a toss up at which is worse. Horribly disappointing experiences, time after time. Wal Mart here I come!
I am disgusted with your pharmacy technician, I had complained about one of your techs. The next time I went I got the same tech and she maliciously gave me the wrong meds!!!! She refilled a prescription without proper authorization!!! This is a violation of law 21NCAC46.1805!!!!!! I went back today and she was still working. As the result of not getting the right meds the infection went untreated and my three year old daughter got subconjunctival hemorrhage! !!!!!!! She violated the law!!!!
