The pharmacy is unbearably inefficient. Lines are long (both the drive thru and inside); prescriptions take hours—sometimes a couple of days—to be filled, even after receiving a text notification that they’re ready; their computer system is finicky. I feel so badly for those who have to work here because I’m sure they get quite a backlash from unhappy customers...like my husband. I'm really saddened by all of the shops in this strip mall staking out ownership of the parking spaces and forcing a change to the flow of traffic. This sort of fiefdom mentality has led to completely empty parking lots in front of some places while adjacent lots are overflowing.
STOP BEING ASSHOLES IN PHARMACY! Your job description doesn’t entitle you to be unprofessional I’m pretty sure. If you like being rude to your customers I’ll just take it up with your HR and The BBB. I’m tired of being disrespected by these children!
The waiting time for the pharmacy is always RIDICULOUS (inside and outside but mostly outside). I should not have to wait for longer than 40 minutes to get to the window with three cars in front of me.. and NO this was not only on one day.. it's ALWAYS like this... They never answer the phones in the pharmacy either or your put on hold for 10 minutes... It needs some work..

Waited too long for meds....while my daughter was very restless!! We were the only ones there waiting.....:-(
Waited 20 minutes last night for meds just to be told the computer was down, come back in the morning Here again and they are not ready. Waiting again for 45 minutes so far......
