Horrible. For two weeks my doctor has been calling in medications for me and Walgreens will call and say it’s ready, or I can call and check on it and it says it’s ready, then I get there and I’m either told they never got the prescription or it’s been denied when I literally talked to my doctors office that morning about them sending it and it was done while I was on the phone with them. RecommendedI recently moved to Tucson to be closer to my cancer treatments at Banner U.M.C. I have been treated so well by your Walgreens staff at this store!
I reccomend finding a way to supply customers with a less than 30 minute wait time each and every time they attempt to drop off or pick up prescriptions.
The phrymacy is the the slowest ever! Doesnt matter time of day i wait 15 to 30 mins in drive thur everytime.
Always stressful. I have filled RX's here and given my new address AND new insurance. Every time, though...same old routine, they mess up my address, state they are fixing it (they totally still got it wrong). Then the tell me I owe, I tell them I have two insurances, they look and have to rerun through insurance and reprint everything.
You need to retrain your Pharmacy staff I called twice to ask if they accepted my child's insurance and I was told yes only to go down there and wait in the line for 40 minutes to be told no we do not accept your insurance. retrain them cuz clearly something that simple they cannot do. ridiculous!!!!!!!
Went to the pharmacy and had to stand in line twice for a prescription. Took almost 2 hours, most of which was standing in line. The line was long, but the service was incredibly slow! You really need to hire more people to work in the pharmacy and extend pharmacy hours at your other locations, especially on weekends. This is very frustrating. Everyone I stood in line with agreed with what I just said!!
Jordan went above and beyond to help me!!! My wrist was hurt and I was buying a brace she went as far to help put it on me! She was awesome thank you
