This pharmacy really sucks. They have told me to in my prescription , that they would be able to fill it. I get there and get told that they do not have it in stock. I fill my regular prescriptions every month and this has happened twice this month and for the past 2 months I've had to wait 5 days past my regular refill date to even get them filled. If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would my dr called in a important prescription and they deleted out of my profile and now I can’t get in contact with my dr because it’s the weekend
Let me preface this by saying that I have never had any issue with any of the pharmacists that work at Walgreen's except for one, and she works at the location at 7221 Normandy Blvd, and she is the sole reason for this negative review. The pharmacist in question is Erica Cook. Please excuse if I've misspelled her last name as she has repeatedly in the past refused to give me her name on the numerous occasions when I've asked. When I went to get my prescriptions transfered here due to an insurance change, the pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude. So rude that I left without my RX. Will NOT return to this location or another Walgreens from this experience.
