There are not enough employees to service the customer demand. I go to the pharmacy and there's 10 people in line and one person working the counter. that is ridiculous plus there's cars outside in the Drive-Thru waiting to be help. Then I go to buy something else from the regular check out and there's nobody checking anyone out and there's not even a lot of people wanting to even be serviced at that point I mean I should have just been able to walk up go to a cashier and get out. this particular Walgreens does not value the... read more
If I could give this store 0 stars, I absolutely would. Will NEVER shop there again. So I've always said walgreens was a crappy store to shop at but they definitely made that very clear today. Ordered some pictures online last night and got an email 15 mins later claiming they were available for pickup. Walk into the store today and after waiting behind 7 customers in line, I'm told by a manager that my pictures are ready but I can't have them because she has no way of charging me for them. Seriously? So another 20 mins late... read more
