This is a preferred pharmacy for my Aetna coverage and...THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! Pharmacy Dept NEVER picks up the phone when you call and they NEVER have my refills ready when I get there!!
The pharmacy is THE WORST They are understaffed and incompetent. Their staff continually cause a delay in the filling of my Rx"s by incorrectly entering ins billing. And I now find I am in possestion of and incorrectly labled Rx. This pharmacy cannot be trusted BEWARE! !
Been very disappointed I always upload my pictures and this has been the worst been 2 days and tried to get someone on the phone just to explain to me the internet is down now I get 2 emails stating that my order is ready but now its done twice I hope they can hook me up because this was the worst experience ever!
