RecommendedIt was so easy to set up. An appt for my son who had a sore throat. They took us on time and the Practitioner was terrific with my son and gave me tons of helpful hints to keep him comfortable. I am new to the area and she gave me a list of pediatricians and family doctors in the area. I was very pleased with the service here!

Beyond frustrated with Walgreens at Oldfield Crossing. Had my doc send a prescription and I received a call that it was being ordered. Ok no problem - it’s for presurgery so I don’t need it right away. 10 days and several phone calls later, I finally learn that they don’t actually make the rx in the size that my doc wrote it for. They said they faxed my doc to ask for a larger dosage that they do make. Exactly when did they do this? Today - while I was on the phone with them!! The absolute worst pharmacy ever. You can't ever get the medicine you need on time, automatic refill the ones you don't need, worst customer service and honestly they do not care!
Love the Healthcare Clinic. However, this morning made an appointment to get flu shot at the Healthcare Clinic. When I arrived they said, they were out of flu shots but I could go to the Pharmacy to get my shot. Excuse me but if I wanted to refill my prescription, I would go to the pharmacy. If I want a flu shot , I want to go to the clinic. A pharmacist at another Walgreens gave my husband a flu shot and his arm hurt for a week.
The pharmacy and walk in clinic need ALOT of help. I called prior to going to the clinic and the person I spoke with said there was no wait. I get there, wait for 40 minutes, and when I finally get called in there's an appointment ahead of me and they don't think I'd be able to get seen before lunch. Meanwhile while waiting, the pharmacy crew was talking so loudly about their personal life everyone could hear. Walgreens is fine, the pharmacy not so much...I had a question about the amount of medicine to give my 3 month old the person that helped me seemed uneducated and told me that .13ml was more than .06ml and told me I needed to give him a whole syringe plus some to have the correct dosage. About 10 times more than what was actually prescribed.
