Arrived 15 mins early for a vaccination. Wasn’t even asked for insurance till 45 mins after appointment time. Still waiting. No concern for my time whatsoever. If you are not able to adhere to your appointment times why make them? Just do walk in only. This was the same experience I had last time I needed a vaccine at another location. To be fair one register is down but they have helped over 65 other customers and here I sit. Actually,my sister got me a few items at Walgreen's that I needed( first aid cream) & a fun food tiny doughnuts!
Never contacted me about my prescription, I tried calling multiple times and they said it wasn’t available, and when I went in person they said that the prescription had expired. I also waited in line for 45 minutes and could see 5 people working but only assisting one customer at a time. Poorly managed or understaffed or both.
I am currently on the phone with them waiting to speak with someone on the phone about my prescription. I've been on hold since 1:19 pm. The phone will ring and then someone will place me hold. I guess all the way up to 1:30pm which is their lunch time. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't want to give them any stars really, but this post will not allow me to select. This store is in the negative.
