The pharmacy is SO SLOW! The drive-thru is ridiculous, but the wait inside is equally as slow. There's never any parking around dinner time! I will say, though, that the beauty department is always nice, well stocked, and their cashier station is always quick.

I hated the fact that the most paid employee, the Pharmacist and one of the Pharm Tech has no customer service experience and knowledge! Visited the store since this was the only store closest to our home to get medication that the doctor prescribed earlier that day in Centennial Emergency because my 2 year old daughter was severely vomiting. Gawd why is the pharmacy depart always busy with maybe two cashiers? The drive thru is always backed up to the street blocking traffic. 45 min wait. Where is the manager helping check out people faster??
Do NOT ever go here in a hurry. This is THE slowest pharmacy ever. Doesn't matter if it's onside or the drive thru.
I hate that I even have to give you guys one star. The way Brandy Jordan was treated in your store is an absolute shame and I feel terrible for all of your customers who come to you for their prescription. For those of you thinking about using this Walgreens for your prescription I would reconsider, as long as Rena is working you will not be treated with respect or kindness. Walgreens has really lowered the bar. They never have the meds you need and they are not helpful about finding it at their sister stores. It must be a powerful feeling to know you have that much control over people's lives.
