1.5 hrs waiting for prescription. Only 5 cars in front of me and 4 dumbshits at the registers behind the counter.... I'm done with this place!!!
I never get a notification from them when my meds are filled, they are never true to the fill time, and when I send in meds to get refills, they always say I have none left when it clearly says I have at least one. Plus they messed up on several of my prescriptions which caused me to lose some refills. They never put in the meds right. And one time they sent me home not once but twice with meds for someone else! Every time I go there, there is always a line and it takes forever to pick up a prescription or to turn one in. I ve been sitting at your drive Thur pharmacy for a half an hour so far and the 5 cars ahead of me have yet to move. This isn't the first time I ve waited extremely too long to pick up a prescription from y'all. I would imagine months of long lines and no service you would have hired more staff?
These people don't care about anyone. Maria is extremely incompetent. This is the second time she refuses to help with a discount med card because she doesn't know how to.
Have been on the phone for an hour waiting on someone on the pharmacy dpt to answer only to get redirected to the main menu & star all over again.
The service is gotten to be so bad that i have transferred all of my RX to walmart. They are always understaffed and slow. I have called regional offices a few times and have yet to be called back.
The rating would be negative five stars! Horrible service. Insurance billed for pills I didn't order. Then when I asked I was told it's because they were mailed. They had no excuse for the fact I never ordered them and am not even taking them any more. I was told well the insurance already paid and we didn't charge you your part.., like insurance fraud is ok!
