Drop of a prescription at 1230 they tell me to come back at 2:30pm. I came back at 2:40pm just to be told is not ready to come back in 15min.

pharmacist is awful! Refused to let me pick up a prescription because I was paying for it instead of using insurance

The pharmacy here is the worst!!! Both doctors called in my prescriptions. After calling them, waiting on hold, getting hung up on, calling again, waiting on hold, and then was told that neither prescription was received. I called both my doctors again and had them resend the prescriptions in. I called back a few hours later, was on hold, finally got to speak to a human being who told me the prescriptions had been ready since my doctors called it in the first time. I have never used the drive thru but i have seen people waiting a long time but most times one person inside trying to help customers at the counter and run the window. Maybe people should not be so lazy and walk in look around and use the inside windows more and stop doing the lazy drive thru. I drop off my script and no more than 1/2hr it's ready and when i do online it's fast and i get a text and email it's ready, lot's saying they never get a text alert but maybe they are having it sent to spam or blocked . I agree with all the reviews that talk about the extreme wait times at this pharmacy, what is it that really takes so long to walk from the bins to the register and check out a customer? It is ALWAYS 30 minutes or longer wait times, I could rent a redox movie and return before I get through the line at the drive thru! This sucks!
