I would not go there ever again especially during this pandemic they are holding all disinfectants hostage and will not help customers in this time of need! You call yourself a pharmacy not at all are you holding them hostage for the employees first your shelves have been empty for weeks and when I came in for Lysol you told me you didn’t k ow when your unloading the truck that’s BS! Horrible place! Shut them down!

I went there yesterday to get my lil guys script (through the drive thru). Not only was there someone in front of me pretty much going grocery shopping through the drive thru. That took 15 min. When they were done I got to the window to get the meds and the lady pretty much threw the meds in the drawer which made them come out and fall on the ground and one of the bottles broke. Did she apologize? No. Never again will I go to the location on 27th and Oklahoma.

So sent a photo order there to be ready for 5:15 am so I could pick them up before my daughter had school because she needed them for a project. At 6:45 I called to check they were ready and they weren't so the lady said she would print them now and they'd be ready in 45 mins. We arrived at 8:05 and they were just starting to print and we were told it would be another 40 mins! Which we didn't have because I had to get her to school. I was told it was a busy morning. Worst pharmacy ever! Slow and rude staff ignores customers to play on there phones or chat.
