Went in for a flu shot. After checking my Medicare replacement ins. Card AND my Medicare card, I was told their was a problem with getting pricing info, come back tomorrow. Went to CVS in Whiteland, answered six simple questions. Got my shot FREE and done.
Had a wonderful NP remove stitches today. Outstanding.
Went to the counter and stood there as the cashier stared at the cigarettes. She never acknowledged I was there. Walked to the aisle where the manager was and told her that I just stood there and got no service. Her answer was "ok" and resumed doing what she was doing. Are you serious??? Ridiculous
I didn't have a problem getting flu shot although it was slow. My friend was denied his shot for second year because they have something pertaining to Medicare wrong in their computer. They spent 45 mins on phone with them and we spent 45 on phone after we got home only to find out that everything is right on his medicare card, which is 5 yrs old. Thanks for making it even more difficult and time consuming to find affordable epi for CHILDREN. You obviously do not care for the people that use your pharmacy. You are just as bad as MYLAN . This is why we don't use you for anything anymore .
